Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Longwood University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Old Dominion University. She began her career with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2011. Over the years, she transitioned to the Governance Department, where she worked closely with the AIA Board of Directors and the AIA Strategic Council. In 2022, Elizabeth took on the role of Executive Director of the AIA Trust, becoming its third leader.
