Heather Gayle Holdridge, LEED Fellow, EIT, Associate AIA is a Partner and Director of Design Performance at Lake Flato. Leveraging her background in mechanical engineering, Heather directs all Lake Flato teams in establishing sustainability goals and integrating design strategies that advance energy performance, wellness, and environmental stewardship across the firm’s work. A LEED Fellow and key leader behind the San Antonio 2030 District, Heather is also a dedicated mentor and advocate for climate-responsive design across sectors.
